RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will happily accept returns for a full refund (on your original method of payment), within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

All returned merchandise must be:

  • In its original condition and not been altered or washed.
  • Have all its original tags attached.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs to return your item (s) are at the customer’s expense.

All ‘On Sale’ items are final sale and may not be returned.

All items must be inspected for any damage within 48hrs of receipt. Please contact us via email with any concern and photos if necessary.

To initiate a return please email support@oolamay.com and include your order number and reason for return. 

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
